Hands down, customer service is one of the most important parts of our company's overall strategy to conducting business. Without customers we really don't have a business. Our company's leaders buy into the fact that we not only need to meet our customer's expectations, but actually strive to exceed them. At Rival Sports we develop a company culture that understands this concept and stronger believe this is what sets up apart from our competition- in today's society competition is tougher than ever. If you can't provide goods or services when somebody wants them, there are often four or five other companies ready to fill that void. You rarely get a second chance once you drop the ball. Meeting and exceeding the customer's expectations in the products and service we provide today, is the best way to ensure future growth and success of Rival Sports.
 
Competitive Pricing is another factor that sets us apart from our competition.  We understand the biggest challenge is surviving in an economic downturn.  In order to overcome this challenge we are looking to NOT nickel and dime our customers when they visit our facility.  In our leagues there is NEVER an Admission Fee to get in to watch your child play the sport they love, nor is there a Parking Fee.

Diversifying our services plays a huge role in our company.  Not only are we focused on the sport of Soccer (facility being located at Premier Soccer Academies) we are taking this opportune time to broaden our base into multiple sports such as Baseball, Flag football, Fast Pitch, Pole Vaulting, Track and Field, and Fitness Training such as Zumba, Speed and Agility sessions and Yoga classes.
